After these drawing were scanned, I had to name them appropriately so that they could be put into After Effects as a group of images that would stay together or footage. This then made then cycle through the three images quickly with the variation in the drawing making it look like an animated glitch effect. Then with the change of background from a black paper texture to a white paper texture came into affect, I applied a tint to the footage in order to make it suit its new environment more. I then made some relevant shapes using the pen tool in illustrator. I then put them into after effects and used the effects tool in order to change the stroke end throughout different points in the piece. I applied 2 keyframes one in which the end was 0% and one later in the piece where it was 100%. In between these two points the lines would then look as if they were being drawn. The applied affect can be seen below in the timeline as well as the final output showed at the bottom.
