John Berger: The Nude - Thursday 23rd March

This was a continuation of last weeks John Berger documentary. Again I felt as if the topic of the film was outdated in today's practise. It was about the difference between being naked and the nude. Naked was defined as simply having no clothes on whereas the nude was showcasing the body with no clothes on for example the inclusion of nude people in paintings or art. This is relevant in todays society with partial nudity on social media being used for attention and appreciation. However in terms of graphic design I think this is outdated and is not very relevant in todays practise.
