Studio DBD: CV and Portfolio Surgery - Tuesday 7th November

I found this workshop with Dave very useful as having not had a job in the creative industry before for which I have needed a CV or portfolio, I was not very sure one where to even start. With Dave also being from industry and having to receive job applications it was useful to get an insight from the perspective of the type of person that I will be sending my placement applications to. There was point raised that I had not even previously considered such as paper quality as well as the pros and cons of online and hard copies of portfolios. Previous to the workshop I had a go at creating my own CV with very little information to influence it however after the workshop I have gone back to it and changed a lot which personally feel has made it much stronger and professional.
